Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Special Order items are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.

If you should need to return an item contact Mountain Outhouse by E-Mail and request a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item, ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED WITH NO RA NUMBER ARE REFUSED AT THE SHIPPING DOCK . Return shipping charges are YOUR responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. ALL items returned must be in new and unused condition.

CLOSEOUTS, SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS are not returnable. If a item is not at retail price and is discounted it is considered ON SALE. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

Our shipping address varies depending on the shipper that is most convient for you. Please make sure to use the correct address as listed below to ensure the fastest turnaround possible. YOU are responsible for shipping to the correct address and any address mistakes are NOT refundable.
